Feedback

Feedback on the editorial content of this website is welcome at any time.

Feedback should be brief and to the point.

PRAISE - please be specific about the page(s), subject or aspect of the website that you appreciate. "I thought that the way you handled the XYZ controversy" or "your ONLINE HELPER was very helpful when I was in a time of need after witnessing a suicide" is far more helpful to the life.org.nz editorial team than "Great website! Well done!"

CRITICISM- please be specific and constructive if you wish to voice any concern(s). "You have omitted to mention that A... B... C... . ." is far more helpful to our editorial team than "You guys are losers" (or worse!)

ERRORS OF FACT
- should you wish to report any error of fact, please assist us with supporting documents, references, articles or authorities. This will assist our editorial team to confirm your suggestion and correct the error on the website quickly.

While we do not normally publish your feedback, we reserve the right to do so. We do not normally respond to your feedback.

PLEASE NOTE:

We NEVER answer specific questions sent to us via the feedback form!

If you are absolutely certain that the website has not answered your personal question, please feel free to submit your question via the feedback as a suggested new topic. Our editorial team will then consider addressing it during a future website updating, however at no time will we enter into communication with anyone about a particular subject (other than with an approved commentator or contributor).

If you wish to forward feedback to us, please complete the feedback form on our Secure Server here.
